Background
Founded in 1986, the client company is engaged in the import of food raw materials and re-sale of food processing. It is a 5-star hotel food supplier in the United States, a large supermarket chain food supplier such as Wal-Mart.
The customer warehouse is located in Chicago's largest logistics and storage industrial area. Chicago is the third largest city in the United States, the second largest commercial center in the United States, and a world-famous tourist destination. Chicago's industrial sector is complete, the largest steel and meat processing base in the United States, and agricultural machinery, petrochemicals, and aircraft engines are also leading the United States. Its highly developed economy and dense population will inevitably increase the demand for the quantity and quality of ingredients, and the storage and storage of cold storage will become just needed. The average temperature in Chicago in January is -3 °C, and the average temperature in July is 24 °C.
Customers need to design and install a freezer in the fixed site to store ingredients such as red dates and cheese.
Project
There are three cold storages in the project, including two high temperature warehouses and one low temperature storage. The high temperature storage capacity is 21.4 meters * 11 meters * 4 meters, 940 square meters, supporting one refrigeration unit. The temperature of the low temperature storage is 11 meters * 9.4 meters * 4 meters. 413m3, also equipped with a refrigeration unit.
Highlights
1. The construction time is winter, and the construction environment temperature is low. Engineers overcome the harsh environmental impact and insist on construction.
2. The cold storage control circuit system is constructed in full accordance with American standards.
3. The cold storage library protection measures are perfect. Taking into account the customer's cold storage for the goods to transfer the cold storage, there are often goods in and out, in order to protect the cold storage library, to avoid damage caused by operational errors, specially designed library protection facilities.
